Neck Extension

The Neck Extension primarily works the Levator Scapulae, Trapezius (Upper), with secondary activation of the Sternocleidomastoid. It is a bodyweight isolation exercise at beginner difficulty.

Lie face down with neck hanging off a bench and extend your neck backward.
