The Snatch primarily works the Anterior Deltoid, Posterior Deltoid, Trapezius (Middle), Trapezius (Upper), with secondary activation of the Gluteus Maximus, Rectus Femoris, Triceps (Long Head) and stabilizer support from the Rectus Abdominis, Serratus Anterior, Transverse Abdominis.
