  1. Preparation: Lie prone on inclined platform and place feet on foot rest. Grasp wide handles and lift lever out of support rack. Position lever directly under body with arms extended down. Execution: Pull lever up. As lever approaches, hyperextend thoracic spine and squeeze shoulders back. Lower lever until arms are extended and shoulders are pulled downward. Repeat. Comments: Near top of movement,arch upper back and pull shoulders back as shown.
