Instructions

  1. Preparation: Stand between handles facing machine. Bend forward slightly and grasp parallel handles with oblique grip. Position elbows upward and outward. Bend knees just enough to raise selected weight up from remaining weight stack. Execution: Push lever down by straightening arms.
